Kala Kokua Fully Cooked Smoked Turkey Drumsticks

pkg. Bacon (sliced)

- Round Onion (diced)

- Stalks of Celery (diced)

- Portuguese Sausage (sliced)

- Potatoes (cubed)

– Ripe Tomatoes (diced)

can Campbell’s Tomato Soup

- Sweet Potato – Optional (cubed)

can Kidney Beans – Optional (drained)

- Bay leaves

cups Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
Salt
& Black Pepper – to taste
In large pot, boil
Fully Cooked Smoked Turkey Drumsticks in 10 cups of water. In a separate
frying pan, brown bacon, onions and celery until tender. Add contents of
frying pan (bacon, onion and celery) into large pot of water with Drumsticks
and bring to a boil and lower heat to medium to simmer.
Add the remaining
ingredients and allow to simmer for 1 Hour. Add salt and black pepper to
taste. Remove turkey drumstick bones before serving.
